By accessing and using the CodeDexters Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms on behalf of the minor.

2. Description of Services

CodeDexters Academy provides AI-focused educational services through two divisions:

AI Professional Academy: Professional AI certifications, executive programs, corporate training, AI consulting, and ISO standards compliance support.

Future Tech World: Coding, mathematics, and AI education programs for children ages 5-17, including holiday camps and daily challenges.

All programs are delivered live online unless otherwise stated. Program details, schedules, and curricula may be updated periodically.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any CodeDexters program requires completion of the relevant registration form and payment of applicable fees. Fees vary by program and are communicated during the enrollment process.

For children's programs, a free trial session is available before commitment. For professional programs, a free consultation is offered to determine the best fit.

Payment is due before program commencement unless other arrangements are made. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after the first session of a program, you may request a full refund. For ongoing programs, refunds are pro-rated based on sessions remaining.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session in question. Certain custom or corporate training programs may have different refund terms, which will be specified in the service agreement.

5. Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

For children's programs: students must follow educator instructions, be respectful to peers, and not share inappropriate content. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's appropriate behavior during online sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, videos, documents, and resources provided by CodeDexters Academy are our intellectual property. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

Projects created by students remain the intellectual property of the student. By submitting a project to our showcase, you grant CodeDexters Academy permission to display it on our website and marketing materials.

7. Child Safety

CodeDexters Academy is committed to child safety. All educators undergo background checks and mandatory child safety training. Online sessions are conducted in secure, monitored environments.

Parents are required to supervise younger children (ages 5-8) during sessions. We adhere to our comprehensive Child Safety Policy, available on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeDexters Academy provides educational services on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, certification passes, or career results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDexters Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Students may cancel their enrollment at any time, subject to the refund policy.

Upon termination, access to course materials and platforms will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
